The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria (see ABR® Designation Requirements below).

Module completion satisfies education requirement for membership in the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council and the SRES Designation, (additional fee required.)


Innovative Marketing Techniques for Buyer's Representative Course examines various marketing techniques to help today's Buyer's Representative. Using the profile of today's buyer as a guide, students delve into situations in which they utilize their learned knowledge of innovative marketing techniques to think outside of the box and develop innovative marketing solutions. Approved elective for ABR Designation.
