Steve, a practicing WV REALTOR® since 1987 has served 5 terms as director of Kanawha Valley Multiple Listing Serv., 3 terms as director of Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS®, and as director of the WV Assoc. of REALTORS®

Steve is approved by the WV Real Estate Commission to teach salesperson pre-licensing and continuing education courses in WV. Having earned the following national professional accreditations; ABR, ABRM, C-CREC, CRS and GRI, he has also instructed agent development courses, including risk reduction and innovative marketing.
