When you find the home you want to make an offer on, I do a computer search of what the market is doing in that area. This way you don't pay too much for the home.
I calculate the approximate costs involved in buying this home.
Once your offer has been accepted, I will handle all the details with the lender, inspectors, appraiser, surveyor and attorneys.
